OH PLEASE! The news is making such a BIG deal that Forever21 has just launched their maternity line – Love21 Contemporary. What they neglected to mention is that this is one of their MANY, MANY lines offered by the company – Faith21 (extended sizes), 21Men (mens collection), etc.
OK I get the fact that the main focus on the company is the 21-year-old (teen and 20′s market) but let’s get real…many, many, many women older than 21 shop there. And when your pregnant (regardless of your age) finding cute, trendy, AFFORDABLE clothing is a HUGE challenge.
During all three of my pregnancies I struggled to find clothes that fit, looked cute and were in style. It was really hard! I would have been psyched if Love 21 Contemporary was around when I was pregnant!
So my comment to the media is – RELAX!
